How to Qualify
In order to qualify for your CA$H BACK from Cash2Lease, you must...
- List "Cash2Lease.com" on the Guest card and Lease Application.
- Add communities to your Favorites List prior to your visit.
- Not have learned of the property before registering with Cash2Lease.
- Sign a lease equal or greater in length than the minimum lease term specified for each property.
- Not be transferring (on-site transfer) within the same property.
- Not be moving from a sister property.
- Never have lived before in the community where you lease.
- Lease a property listed in our online apartment-locating database or referred to you by one of our licensed apartment locator specialists.
- Read and understand the "FAQ's" and "Disclaimers" pages.
Cash2Lease reserves the following rights
- As commission rates for individual properties can change without notice, Cash2Lease reserves the right to offer a reduced CA$H BACK reward instead of any published offer on our website.
- Cash2Lease only allows one cash rebate per apartment.
- If a property decides not to pay our referral commission for any reason (i.e. - if you break your lease, do not pay your rent, are evicted, etc.), then Cash2Lease reserves the right to cancel your CA$H BACK reward request.
